Great experience with Paul, John, and Carl for our recent project in our apartment. The boys were prompt in their arrival, communicated clearly and were diligent in their floor prep, dust management and demolition work.

Paul was also able to organise the other trades for capping as per our scope.

Our company engaged Small Space Demolition for the demolition component of an upcoming major Queenslander renovation. Typically, we handle this stage in-house, as I’ve always been cautious about whether external demolition crews would take the same level of care we do when working on these beautiful and historic homes.

KITCHEN DEMO. They arrived on time, did a great job, removing kitchen including floor tiles and grinding the floor smooth for new tiles. Protected my timber floors and put up plastic "walls" so no dust got into the open plan kitchen, dining, living.
