I can highly recommend Paul and his team. I contracted them earlier this year for a full internal townhouse demolition. Professional operators. Easy to work with.

Great experience with Paul, John, and Carl for our recent project in our apartment. The boys were prompt in their arrival, communicated clearly and were diligent in their floor prep, dust management and demolition work.

Paul was also able to organise the other trades for capping as per our scope.

Would happily work with the team again.

I’m really pleased with their work. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the process, showed up on time, and completed the job exactly as promised.

What stood out most was their attention to detail and care, especially given the challenges of working in a smaller space. They handled everything with precision and left the area clean and tidy once the work was done.

I’d definitely recommend Small Space Demolition to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality demo service!! Thanks guys!

Our company engaged Small Space Demolition for the demolition component of an upcoming major Queenslander renovation. Typically, we handle this stage in-house, as I’ve always been cautious about whether external demolition crews would take the same level of care we do when working on these beautiful and historic homes.

From the outset, Small Space Demolition were extremely professional to deal with. Their communication was excellent, they arrived on time, and they completed the work ahead of schedule. Throughout my inspections, it was clear they treated the property with the same care and attention we would expect from our own team, and they left the home clean and tidy upon completion.

I would confidently recommend Small Space Demolition to anyone considering a project involving demolition work, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects.
Thanks Ben

Great service, laid down protecta film on floors and stairs, dust extracted to outside collection and all rubbish taken away with minimal impact to environment or neighbors. All done to scheduled timeline.

Turned up when they said they would, did the works as they said they would and cleaned up as they said they would, refreshing in this day and age, well done SSD

KITCHEN DEMO. They arrived on time, did a great job, removing kitchen including floor tiles and grinding the floor smooth for new tiles. Protected my timber floors and put up plastic "walls" so no dust got into the open plan kitchen, dining, living.
I would not hesitate to use them again
