what we do

No Gear? No Problem
We Bring the Tools and the Team

Why would you spend all of that money on equipment that you are probably only going to use 3 or 4 times a year? Then you have to insure it, maintain it, store it, transport it from site to site and back again, it is just not worth it.

Schedule us in day one, within hours we will have stripped back to frame, the floor ready for tile bedding, cleaned and all spoil removed. We cover your clients’ walkways, seal off non works areas and extract all air in the contained space and replace with clean dust free air. This will free you up to get on with the job of running a well-run building site.

01. Planning

We collaborate with the client to ensure a clear understanding of the project’s scope, timeline, and processes.

02. Solutions & Strategy

We assess opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, thinking creatively to develop unique solutions and processes.

03. Project Clarity

We engage with the client before submission to ensure they understand our approach to executing the work.

04. Journey Begins

Our relationship doesn’t end with the project we’re committed to supporting our clients long-term, because shared success benefits everyone

No need for annual lung and mask checks for you or your staff.
While we handle the demolition safely and efficiently, you’re free to focus on other tasks—no need to be on-site.
This is our speciality. We operate with full awareness of site dangers and issues you may not anticipate—so we’re always prepared.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience with Paul, John, and Carl for our recent project in our apartment. The boys were prompt in their arrival, communicated clearly and were diligent in their floor prep, dust management and demolition work.

Paul was also able to organise the other trades for capping as per our scope.

Would happily work with the team again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m really pleased with their work. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the process, showed up on time, and completed the job exactly as promised.

What stood out most was their attention to detail and care, especially given the challenges of working in a smaller space. They handled everything with precision and left the area clean and tidy once the work was done.

I’d definitely recommend Small Space Demolition to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality demo service!! Thanks guys!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our company engaged Small Space Demolition for the demolition component of an upcoming major Queenslander renovation. Typically, we handle this stage in-house, as I’ve always been cautious about whether external demolition crews would take the same level of care we do when working on these beautiful and historic homes.

From the outset, Small Space Demolition were extremely professional to deal with. Their communication was excellent, they arrived on time, and they completed the work ahead of schedule. Throughout my inspections, it was clear they treated the property with the same care and attention we would expect from our own team, and they left the home clean and tidy upon completion.

I would confidently recommend Small Space Demolition to anyone considering a project involving demolition work, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects.
Thanks Ben

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Turned up when they said they would, did the works as they said they would and cleaned up as they said they would, refreshing in this day and age, well done SSD

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. KITCHEN DEMO. They arrived on time, did a great job, removing kitchen including floor tiles and grinding the floor smooth for new tiles. Protected my timber floors and put up plastic "walls" so no dust got into the open plan kitchen, dining, living.
I would not hesitate to use them again
